Individualized Training focuses on a player's ball skills, first touch, awareness, passing, and finishing. The main goal of the program is to increase comfort and confidence on the ball, allowing the player to feel more at ease during games. Sessions can be customized to focus on areas of the game the player would like to improve upon. Times and locations can be worked around your current team schedule.
In Small Group Training numbers are limited, allowing enough attention to be given to each player, maximizing coach-to-player interaction in a group setting. Individual exercises are accompanied by group exercises to mimic game-like scenarios in a low-pressure setting where creativity can be expressed and mistakes go unpunished.
Team Preseason Camp is the perfect start to your team's preseason. This is a week long, 3-hour/day intensive camp, encompassing all facets of the game and preparing your squad for the long season ahead. Throughout the week attention will be given to fitness sessions instructed by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, technical work strengthening players first touch and ball control, game-awareness, finishing, and tactics (consultation with coaching staff to determine best tactical plan for the team).
Workout Wednesdays are a weekly fitness session focused on Soccer specific movements and strength. This is a fun 45-minute session just before the sun goes down enhancing player's Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Strength. Spots are UNLIMITED! (reservations are encouraged so coaches have an idea of number of participants beforehand)
